Very unreliable service
It appears my story is the same, placed a order end August. Got confirmation of my order and money taken from my bank. Week two after enquiring was told my parcel is ready for sending, week three was told supplier is posting my order but having problem send me a shipping detail. Week four was told the parcel was out of stock but it will be sent on the next day. Last week requested a cancellation due non delivery, after later no replies to my e-mails. Anything just gone quite. Does the management not read the reviews?

12 Oct 2021, 19:07A week down the line since my posting a review of the bad service the Unreliable Store. I was notified that the supplier does not have stock, this after numinous mails saying the parcel has been shipped. I have been told that the money will be refunded, still no refund after a week. The unreliable store has once again failed its promise.
