Very unreliable service.

I placed and paid an order on 2021-12-28 and cancelled it within 5 hours, which is refundable with no penalties. Refunds for returned items is 7 working days. I have not received any refunds to date although it was promised in an rarely feedback received. Telephone calls are not answered.
