Very poor service!
Placed an online order more than 21 days ago, have had no communication on delivery date or tracking number. After repeated email queries, each time I receive a reply that it will be looked at in 24-48 hours & then hear nothing after that.
E-commerce has become the future of shopping, but's very disappointing that an "established" company cannot fulfill basic communication to look after a customer.

I received the call. The lady was very kind & updated me as to the complications of my order. I did however, tell her how unfortunate it is that only once a customer writes a review here do you care to call or provide any kind of communication. 21 days of silence & then after writing a review here you call me the same day - it's a pity.
I will happy when I see my order arrive but really suggest you work on communicating or updating your customer if you would like to keep them coming back. All the best!

Very sad service from you. The most ironic part of it, is you call yourselves "Reliable" store, very far from it! No one can rely on anything you say on your website, email or telephone.
