Very Poor Service!!!!!

No service received from reliable store. They make promises about delivery within 14 working day and then almost 2 months later still no delivery. We took matters into our own hands and followed up with Buffalo Logistics and they said that parcel arrived in South Africa on 23 September 2022. On 29 September 2022 Reliable store advised that the parcel was only received the day before and not 23 September 2022. Blatant lies as tracking shows otherwise. When we spoke to Reliable Store the person on the other end was extremely arrogant. We had to wait and processes has to be followed when clearly it is a case of Reliable Store not being able to deliver the goods as and when promised. This is totally unacceptable and I will not advise anyone to make use of their service.
