VERY POOR or **** BUSINESS

Paid for my order 17 Feb 2023 #56845 status on Reliable Store website show fulfilled.......but i have NEVER received it...., tried calling them 16 Mar 2023 on *** after 33min with no reasons had to hang-up. Then tried calling them again 17 Mar 09:00 .it has been 17min now sitting and listening to music …..
