VERY dissatisfied on line shopping customer!

I placed an order on 16th November 2021 for a Theraband Shoulder Pulley on O/No: 31935. I had a shoulder operation and needed this urgently to help with my rehabilitation. To date I have not received my order or any communication/tracking number for delivery of my order. I had one email informing me that it is coming in over a weekend and will receive the tracking 08.12.21 but still NOTHING! I will NEVER recommend this business for on line shopping or anything EVER!! On numerous occassions I have asked for a refund and still nothing from them.
