VERY BAD SERVICE WITH THE RELAIBLE STORE

Ordered a camera flash on the 5th of May. It has been 7 weeks and order has been paid for, but I am receiving nothing at all. On the 17th of May I send an e-mail and received a response on the 19th that the estimated delivery date is the 31st of May. On the 2nd of June I followed up again. The response I got was that they will follow up with the product specialist and revert back to me. On the 6th of June I followed up again. This time I was told that they will be shipping the items within this week and tracking will be loaded to give you access to track the movement of your order. After this response I haven't received till date any feedback/answer to my mails. This is by far the worst service I have received from an online store. I would rather pay more and buy the product somewhere else. I will not be using or recommending the reliable store to anyone.
