Very Bad Service

There service is absolutely terrible. On the website once you have ordered doesnt give you a delivery date. When you try and get hold of them you get no answer and hold on for up to a hour. Emails they take up to 3 days to respond. When you get hold of them they have all excuses as to what the delay is.
