Useless product

So i finally received my order of the heel cups on the 3rd of May late afternoon i tried it on and first thing i noticed was how thin it was it was literally like putting a ****** on your heels. I wore it for a few hours and immediately i noticed it started tearing/ripping also it didn't do at all what it was advertised as for i then emailed reliable store the morning of the 4th and till now I've gotten no feedback or response i feel ********** and demand my money back.
