Update on my previous post

I recently gave a one star rating and a negative review (see below) I did receive additional feedback by phone after leaving the review. I was told the item would be shipped soon and that they were having issues with their suppliers and deliveries. Eventually the item did arrive. I still cannot recommend this store but I at least did receive my item
