UNreliable tine wasters

Purchased a fitness watch strap, it was imported and according to the buffalo tracking service was sent to the incorrect city. Could not contact the office and it appears the work with emails only. We found a cell number and communicated via WhatsApp.

Was told the goods would be re-routed and a "new" tracking number was given. It was still the old one. The representative told us that the goods have left their premises on Wednesday and by Friday it has not arrived.

On Friday afternoon they stared that if it has not arrived they would refund us.

On Friday evening they offered to register a dispute with pay fast and a refund will take 10 days. We informed them the our bank will be informed of a possible ********** transaction and 10 days became 10 minutes.

Got our money back and now need to find a reliable store to supply us with a fitness watch strap.
