Unreliable store - very poor service

I ordered an item from them on 17 July and paid for it the same day. We are now 3 September and I still do not have what I ordered and paid for. According to their call center they only order 1 item at from China and you have to wait until there are enough items ordered to fill a container. They should be called Unreliable store. Very poor service.
