Unreliable Store the worst online ordering I have ever encountered.

Reliable Store is the WORST online ordering business and the most UNRELIABLE I have ever encountered. They were quite happy to receive my money on the 2nd June already, it is now 4 and a half months later and still nothing. I have subsequently requested a refund for my order 44451 to no avail. It is email after email, phone call after phone call(if one is lucky enough to have the call answerd..) And the lastest, they have a "covid outbreak".and some of the staff are home . What has covid to do with a client? Thousands of people very successfully worked from home during the pandemic. Reliable Store, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!.. Do not ever ever do business with Reliable Store, rather make use of Takealot.
