Unreliable Store / Order number is 69829

They should change their name to "The Unreliable Store", because that is what it is. Order number is 69829 ? Was placed on 16 Nov 2023. Requested a Refund due to no communication and no tracking link. Even after numerous phone calls requesting a refund, they requested a Bank Confirmation letter for the funds to be refunded to, still haven't received a refund but a probable "****"tracking link? Which they send after I requested the refund. No refund or order received. Still waiting on their reply via email a well?
