Placed and paid for order on 05 Feb 2024, Received incorrect items on 16 April 2024, after numerous "attempted" calls and emails. (Web site stated 21 days delivery, which has since been changed) On average a call takes about 45min before being cut off whilst phoning the call centre. On receipt of items I noticed incorrect and incomplete items were received. Reliable store was notified on the 16th of April of this issue. To date, (07 May) I have still not received ANY correspondence regarding a solution. Calls and emails happen regularly to try and determine a solution. Only answer received via email is an automated email (hank you for your email. We'll reply to you within 24 to 48hrs) and "IF" reaching their call centre it is "we will give feedback within the week" NOTHING RECEIVED!

If only I can get my hands on the owners direct contact details!!!
