unRELIABLE STORE

Can I give -Stars? What a waste of time and money I waited 9 weeks for an order, with limited to no communication to finally receive my order, after numerous emails, attempted calls (they do not answer phones)… and guess what it is the WRONG colour. This after assurances and emails from RELIABLE STORE that they had double checked the colour would be “BLACK” and it arrives “BROWN”. They are unprofessional, unRELIABLE (Store), take NO responsibility, and I still get messages if I would recommend Reliable Store… NEVER! Angry, Poorer, Frustrated, what a waste of time and money.
