Unreliable store

I ordered a parcel on the 25th of August 2022. I then canceled the order on the 28th of August on their website only r to find out my cancellation was ignore when I called to enquire why I had not received my refund. The call center agent told me I’d receive my money on the 9th but nothing. I called them multiple times after that, with their landline giving me endless voice mails or my call not being answered at all. I sent emails as much as I did phone calls but nothing was done by the so called Reliable store. I regret going onto their website to look at the product I wanted in the first place. Can you believe that they further sent my parcel to a Pep store nearby whereas the address was noted down on their website. Even worse, the delivery was in the middle of October and I’m still waiting for my refund.
