unRELIABLE STORE

Decided to give Reliable Stores a go and ordered a RIVNUT tool(R850) on 4 April and was willing to wait the 3 weeks to get it. Eventually arrived on 19 May to find they have supp**** a Rivet Gun. So I send a return request as the item was incorrect and the item gets collected and I request a refund which I have followed up on 4X already with the same standard response if we will follow up and get back to you. I understand that an error can be made with supplying the wrong item but how can a refund take 3 weeks so far without any substantial response. Certainly will never deal with unRELIABLE STORE ever again. Be warned it appears that they appear to be a local supply store, they take ur order and place an order in china same as if you ordered direct from china.
