Unreliable store

Slow, doesn't respond to queries, delivered random product, not what I ordered. They ***** your money, avoid at all cost. I ordered a tap, after nagging for 22 business days, the wrong tap was delivered. No response after another 10 business days of trying to resolve this issue.
