UnReliable store? When placing and order you are provided with an estimated delivery time, which is given as 3-5 business days. Once you have placed your order, they disappear and you hear nothing from them. After the expected delivery date has passed and when enquiring you get the standard reply: Tracking takes 2-10 Working days to be uploaded and a tracking number will be sent to you. Our delivery time frame is estimated at 7-14 days to one month on average (30 working days) However you get a tracking number more than one month after placing and paying for your order. The tracking number also only works up to a point when the Buffalo International delivers the item to them. From there you are in the dark again and have to call them again to try and expedite delivery of the item. One and a half months and still counting ..... It is beyond frustrating and this was my first and most certainly my last order with them. I will advise anybody that considers placing and order with them (or Dealhub as the number you have to call for support is the same) to reconsider. I spent the best part of an hour waiting in their Customer care line queue. Many time being disconnected when it is finally your turn. Not worth spending money with them!
