Unreliable store

I bought a projector from this company and waited exactly one month for it. After begging them for feedback on my order I finally got a tracking number. 30 days after placing my order I woke up to a message saying package delivered and I didn't receive anything. Only to find out my package was delivered to the wrong address. I phone the courier company, got the runaround and finally got a call that my delivery was on its way. The package was rewrapped and the box was damaged. The projector also only showed one big black spot on the screen. I then contacted reliable saying that I do not want a replacement product as I am no longer willing to wait another month for my product. They casually sent an email telling me that they're sorry to hear that and they will have the product picked up and give me my refund, however, I must read the policy as I will be charged 35percent restocking fee. I sent an email stating that I'm not willing to lose my hard-earned money due to negligence of a company that they choose to do business with but I've been receiving silent treatment ever since. I placed the order 22june2021.It is now August and I'm still waiting for a response
