Unreliable Store

So I'm caught for a sucker at reliable store. My first online purchase I ever made. I ordered a soldering iron station for R1139. I waited a week as told and also another 2 week waiting for delivery. Finally called the Payfast people to ask if they can help me and if it's a **** to refund my money. I could not get hold of reliable store on the number after you press 1 etc. Which they advertise on the website. Always diverted to a agent 200 etc. I asked Payfast to see if they can help as they can contact reliable store on a non public number. They said they were out stock. A part which they advertised were out of stock. So the modus operandi is that you order the part and pay in the amount. Later a person contacts you on whatsup with a slightly beter quotation but I have rather stayed with advertised part. I received alot of email thanking me and that my order number is there and I'll get my tracking number after 7 days and get the part in 14 business days. I called a few times and they said everything is OK. After a while agent 200 don't answer the phone and I contacted Payfast which was very helpful until I got my full refund. They are as the rumors go unreliable store. No proper feed back after a thank you email had been send and the order number email with the paid email. I heard one person said they got right with reliable store but my experience is that to not support them. Thank you Payfast for quick honest replies.
