"UN"RELIABLE STORE

I purchased an item on line, was promised delivery within 21 days. Item did not arrive when stipulated and upon enquiry was told they had problems with their supplier. I waited another week 😩 nothing. I then called and decided to cancel the order (even forfeiting a 30% deduction of my original amount ) and was then told the item was en route to me, and should it arrive I have to refuse acceptance of the item. All of this was done, I even sent them the waybill number of the returned item. STILL WAITING ON THE REFUND........... This company is definitely one of the worse online stores to but from, if not the worst ........ NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THEM
