Unreliable store

I placed an order on Reliable Store on the 10th of May, I agreed to the 10 day delivery time. I ordered this for business of ours, and had to install this for the client. I keep on asking for an update and I keep on getting the same generic reply that I will receive my tracking number in a few days. When you try to call them there is no answer. I see below on all the other comments, that rather to fulfill the order they will just cancel it and refund you. What and easy cop out for the Unreliable store. This online store has more misses than hits.. they take your money and don't deliver or respect any of their own delivery promises they make on the site. You are more likely to be disappointed than pleased with this online store. I am still waiting to find out were my order is, and Unreliable store is now making my business look bad.
