UNRELIABLE STORE

I took 30 min to answer a call, the website states on the item I was looking to purchase, "Order NOW and Package will arrive between Tuesday, December 12th and Friday, December 22nd", however they said due to customs maybe only in January. After querying what the website says, they put the phone down on me.
