Unreliable Store

There should be an option for no stars, l ordered a keyboard for my pc on 25/06/23, it's now 31/07/23 and still no keyboard or tracking number or any word as to where it is. I phoned twice and both times l was told they would get back to me with information, also emailed twice. Their reply email states that they will get in touch within 48 hours, this is day number 3 since the first email. Can't complain about the service because there is none...
