Unreliable store

I have placed an order. Have not received any delivery confirmation or reply's from them. Call several times no answer. I called payfast to get a refund and they advised that I have to wait for my delivery leadtime to passes and f I have not received delivery I must call back and open up a case as they can't refund me the merchant has to do the refund. Maybe if we have more people reporting them to payfast they can be removed and not more peoples money
