Unreliable store

This company is so unreliable, I ordered my daughter a guitar for her birthday and when the date was approaching with no communication I went to their store and they told me about waiting 6 weeks, I cancelled my order and requested a refund, it been over a month and I am still waiting for my money. Whenever they decide to respond to my emails all they say is that my matter has been escalated to their financial department
