Unreliable store

Just a friendly warning to be careful when buying from this store online. I bought items from the store back in Nov 22. Deliver y was for 15 Dec 22 received one item end Jan 23 but not what I ordered. The second one arrived three weeks later also not what I ordered. Endless call and emails did not speed things up though, most emails I never received any response. Trying to get my money back was a nightmare. I send a mail every day sometimes I will get a reply that say they will follow up. Eventually today I saw the money refunded. What a traumatic experience from a shop that has a name 'Reliable Store' No man, change your name to Unreliable Store if will suit you better.
