Unreliable service - lead time too long

I ordered a Panasonic TV remote early in May 2022, expecting it to be delivered within a few days. It is only when I inquired 2 weeks later I was told they are out of stock and waiting delivery from overseas and it will take another month. I patiently waited. Now the goods have arrived in SA and has been dispatched to a cheap slate courier that is sitting with it for 1 week. Eventually I was given the number of the courier guy and we arranged for delivery today. Can’t get hold of him. Please call them 1st to check if they have goofs in stock and expected delivery before placing an order
