Unreliable Service

Reliable Store Order No: #72140 has reference. On 7 Jan 24 I ordered 4 x items and paid for it in full to the total cost of R5814.65. The initial response was delivery within 10 – 20 days. The next response from Primrose was delivery of all the items no later than 14 Feb 24. On 13 Feb 24 the largest item (50Hz Intelligent Screen Solar Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter 3000W 12V to 220V was delivered). I’m still waiting for Items: SKU ***W, SKU bfd928ba-2091-4da1-829b-34dbcd850733 and SKU 8344c28a-2060-43fd-aca5-6b1b4b0458ed. I made several attempts to inquire about the rest of the delivery but to no avail. I received reference numbers BY20YG, 35KGJC, EODUE1, 2N2C2F and IL1X4R. Now Reliable Store doesn’t even reply to my emails. I contacted reliable store at *** on 16 January 2024 but dropped the call after 15 minutes and today on 4 March 2024 I stayed on the line for 56 minutes and 47 seconds before they dropped my call. This is the worst experience I received from an online trading facility in my life. Their name should be Unreliable Store. Hein
