Unreliable Reliable stores

One star is too much. The name is an oxy*****, they are the most unreliable, useless on store ever. I had the misfortune to place 2 orders through them. The one took over two months to deliver despite the 14 to 18 working days claimed. Looking at courier log they only placed the order on China several week after having been paid, nice **** to earn interest. The other offer was for an item advertised as 310x320mm and they eventually delivered (also well past stated period) one of 250x250, after complaining and having sent pictures of the item and packaging, I am still waiting for over 2 weeks for their technical person to give a resolution. Trying to phone is a joke, you get told their is a queue and you could wait for about 26 minutes. As soon as your turn eventually comes, the call is disconnected. E Mails sometimes get answed but provide no solutions.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
