Unreliable "Reliable Store" - To be Avoided.

People, if you want a perfect example of Customer Services that are non-existent, please try the Reliable store. I ordered a device from these guys on the 15th March, and I subsequently cancelled the order seeing that they only order the device from China once the order has been placed, which meant an extended waiting period for delivery. That being said, the delivery date is also not a confirmed date..... I have now been struggling since then (March) to get a refund, and it is now the 7th June, and still not received the refund. Their customer services are an absolute joke,... initially they rep**** to emails, but that became to much for them an opted to rather ignore the emails. Save yourself a lot of frustration, and 'ignore' this mediocre setup and rather take your business to a reputable company. You have been warned!
