UNRELIABLE - reliable store

Order was placed and payment made on 18 Janauary. I registered after payment was made so wanted to track the parcel so I tried phoning, number does not exist. Sent an e-mail and received a prompt response that estimated delivery is 7 - 14 days, no tracking details a ticker number RCK376 after the first e-mail was sent. Several e-mails sent after that with no reply have still not received my package and it was a birthday gift witch has now come and gone and had to purchase a new gift. Money wasted. I will not recommend using this unreliable business, hoping to either get my package soon or a full refund on my product purchased. I for one will stick to the more reliable businesses and never use "Reliable Store" again. Just an eye opener check Hello Peter first.
