Unreliable Reliable Store

On January the 4th I ordered 2 Steampunk Industrial Steel Pipe Shelf brackets online. I paid R 504 ... contacted the firm telephonically and communicate with them on the 18th of January via email - getting promises and soothing words of "there's a back log" on orders. But seriously... it is now the 12th of February, more than a month later and I am still waiting. I sent an email after the 18th of January, but received no reply. It is dangerous to call oneself a Reliable Store, if this is the kind of service one receives.
