unreliable "reliable store"

I would give this "company" less than 1 star if I could. I Paid for an item by credit card and have not received an email confirmation. I have been told no delivery date. I went on the website, logged in and saw my order there with an unfulfilled next to it. I phoned them and asked what was going on and was told "we are busy checking your details". After badgering from me the lady admitted that they are drop shipping! I asked why it is not plainly shown on the website that the customer should not expect to receive any item soon after placing the order. She told me "it is in our terms and conditions 7 to 14 days delivery" These "terms and conditions" are not anywhere in plain sight. If I was happy with extended delivery I could have ordered from plenty of other companies in China like DX etc. at a cheaper price. Stay away from these people, they are not reliable and mislead their customers!

I was contacted by someone from this crowd apologizing and guaranteeing that I would receive this item before the 21st April 2022. If I was holding my breath I would be dead a week ago! This "company" is a disgrace. Don't go any ware near them, beware. Litigation on principle is the only avenue that is going to teach this lot a lesson. i am going to lay a charge of theft at my local police station shortly.

I, after wasting an hours worth of phone call have been told "sorry sir we were unable to source the item" Why wasn't I told this before I ordered it, I needed the item urgently for a project! I have new been told that they will email me and refund the money. I will be surprised if this goes off without hassle. The fact that they have been called a scram company is indeed a fact. They take your money for merchandise they don't have, sit with the money and gain interest on it and have no conscience whatsoever.
