Unreliable reliable online store (reliablestore.co.za)

I purchased an item from the reliable store on the 21st of December 2022. It is now over a month later and I have still not received my item. What I have received is a tracking number but when I try track this tracking number, it tells me the following information: Tracking Number: ***XX as per what I was supp****. Receivecity: Signing time: Sign in Picture: Not signed Logistics records: 2023-01-24 15:38 Order confirmed.

So there is absolutely zero information on the tracking details which helps me understand when I am getting my item. If I then click on "Click here track the international parcels" and enter my tracking number, I get a blank screen with one line on it stating "Tip: No delivery on Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays"

According to my account page on their website, this order was fulfilled on the 9th of January yet here I am over 2 weeks later and I have no clue about my parcel.

I have called the reliable online store and dealt with a lady there who simply tells me nothing other than that it takes up to 24 hours for the system to update. Bear in mind, I received the tracking number weeks ago already so 24 hours passed a long time ago. I challenged her on this and asked her specifically when I would get my item and all I got was .. nothing.

I have emailed them on a number of occasions but they do not respond with any valuable information.

Clearly, the reliable online store is anything but reliable. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. I would definitely not shop there again and I would certainly not recommend anyone does so either.
