Unreliable Reliable Online Store

I ordered a Cobra Products Drain Tape 50ft from Reliable store in June and received confirmation of an order number on 29 June 2023: Order#63497.

On 28 July I queried my order and on 10 August was told that there were delays with the supplier. I phoned later in August and was told I'd receive a tracking number before the end of the week. I've written and asked to be refunded and I was told they'd get back to me.

I think more than 2 months to deliver an item without a delivery date is unacceptable.
