UnReliable Online store - stay clear. No communication. No return for defective expensive product

Ordered 2 forcast weather stations on the 11th November for xmas presents. Only arrived 2 days before xmas with no communication or tracking info. One turns out to be defective , but i cannot get UNRELIABLE store to respond to emails and phone just rings. Its been over a month and no info on return or how to replace the defective product that was an xmas present. I feel they rely on customers cutting their loss and just giving up.
