Unreliable online store

I bought wireless mouse.grey and white in color. Waiting for it two months full. Wrong item sent broken and with packaging box worn out. Black in colour . It’s like they just picked something from dustbin for the sake of sending something. 100% not reliable. I’m not happy at all.
