(Un)Reliable Online Store

I bought this set of sound acoustics from this unreliable online shop called REliable Online Store following their aggressive advertising on all the pages I was browsing. Immediately after paying them they are no longer contactable either by office number, cellphone or email. I doubt if I will ever get my delivery from them although there were email messages from them confirming my purchase and payment although these were now from a private gmail account.

I now wonder if they are legit or just a **** that the DTI needs to investigate.
