Unreliable customer service

(UN)RELIABLE Store My encounter with the company's delaying tactics has now lasted 14 months (since August 2021). I ordered wall lamps from the store only to find that the item was insufficiently described (box showed "2 x wall sconces" in picture), but when it arrived, there was only 1 lamp inside the box. Nowhere in the description could I find anything saying that it contained only one item. I immediately ordered a second item as I needed two. They kept on saying that it would arrive soon, then when it did it was a different type of wall lamp. I returned it, asking for the correct item (same as the first). After many weeks I was told they were unable to send me the item I ordered (2nd order). Eventually we agreed to a refund. The refund has now been outstanding since April 2022. Every time I enquire, I am told that it would be done within the next 7 days! I do not take criticizing any business for bad customer service lightly, and have really tried my utmost to accommodate this online store.
