Unreliable - Cancelled my order.

How I wish I checked here first before buy from Reliable store. I'm experiencing the same issues of no feedback, excuses, and delay on my delivery. After 11 working days they cannot even provide tracking information, let alone a delivery date. Requests for info gets countered with all sorts of explanations apart from "We are on it, we will find out whats going on and provide you with feedback". Judging from what I've read on Hellopeter I'm most likely to wait months for my delivery and then receive the wrong product.

I cancelled my order today and are waiting for a refund.
