UNRELIABLE!!!

I had an awful experience with Reliable Store. Despite their name, they've proven to be anything but reliable. I requested a refund within their stated policy period, and it's been a nightmare trying to get my money back. Customer service has been unresponsive, and the delay is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.
