unReliable and very Poor Service

Placed my order on 19th December 2023 with expected date of delivery confirmed for the second week in January 2024 under order number 71347. To date I have not as yet received any correspondence from the store in terms of when I may expect the delivery of my order, also no feedback in terms of cancellation of my order and a refund.

To place it in perspective I have forwarded corresponded with them on ten different dates from January 2024 to date of this post with the curtsey of no reply or a confirmation of cancellation of my order and a refund.

Avoid this store at all costs if you wish to have professional service and a customer care department that will at least reply to various correspondences.
