Unreliable

I placed an order (#29834) with the Reliable Store on the 23rd of September for a remote key fob with battery. I received an order confirmation and that delivery will be within 7 - 14 business days.

14 days later, there was no delivery, and I kept sending emails following up and I kept receiving the same response about a 7 - 14 business days. Delivery only took place on the 8th of November, and the item was not what I ordered.

I informed them about the incorrect product that was delivered on the 8th of November and they responded on the 11th saying they will reorder the correct product, uplift the incorrect one and then send me a tracking number.

Up until today, the incorrect product has not been uplifted and I have not received a tracking number for the new order. Whatever you do, do not buy from Reliable Store, they are UNRELIABLE and you will regret ever buying from them.
