I cancelled my order (#11426) and requested a refund. I was told I would receive a refund in 10 business days or less. The grace period has long passed. The store is unreachable, not by email, not by phone. At this point, I have spent more money trying to reach the store for my refund, and as a matter of principle, I will still insist on getting my refund.

A refund via Payfast is as simple as clicking a button. How are they not able to do that? How are they still in business if they can't process a simple refund?
