Unhappy customer

Avoid this store at all cost, they should change their name from Reliable because they are not reliable at all. I placed an order for a kitchen tap and never received it, I requested for my refund since 26th April I'm still waiting for it even today. I tried calling them and I'm always on an endless que. Horrible store indeed..and I want my money back.
