Unhappy Customer!

The service is terrible! I understand Lock down level 5 had a huge impact on all service levels, however they cannot even answer their cell numbers or return your calls. As a paying customer I will NEVER use Reliable store again for online online buying! The item that I have ordered is not what I saw on their Picture and specs, totally downgraded item was sent to me. I am not even going to waste my time trying to return it. Learned my lesson well! Looks like Takealot.com is the best way going forward!
