Underhanded and Sly

Our lights arrived broken after waiting almost 2 months for delivery and Reliable Store promised over and over that they will refund me but they are just plain lairs. They where supposed to collect the broken lights last week and every day it is another excuse. 2 weeks of lies and still now refund
